Lovely room with an outdoor deck, a huge super king, comfy bed, and the central location can not be beaten, leave the car and walk everywhere.

Great stay, thoroughly enjoyed all aspects.

Comfy bed, quiet, lovely location and grounds. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hot water in our room was a bit difficult to control.

Very cool place to stay - love the heritage aspect, the old photos etc. Breakfast in the dining room was nice. All in all it's a gem.

Cosy, comfortable, accessible to everything.

Very comfortable bed, great size room and bathroom with shower over the bath. Swimming pool on site was a great bonus. The staff we contact with were all friendly and helpful. Loved the old fashioned building and very handy to the middle of everything.

The room would have good with air conditioning however, a fan was provided and the window opening was big.

Very enjoyable stay, would recommend this property.

Excellent location, for town centre and surrounding areas. Hotel has a lovely pool. Studio room located away from hotel was very quiet and secluded. Continental breakfast was included. Good parking facilities. Overall a very nice stay.

We had a lively relaxing stay, and would definitely go back again

The continental breakfast was good but basic. Rooms very comfy and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is based very central in hamner springs so can walk everywhere.

All in all it was great. Hard not to have an excellent time in beautiful Hanmer Springs!

Beds were very comfortable and the amenities were nice. The grounds are gorgeous and the location can't be beat! Loved it!

We had to move rooms because we decided to stay another night and the second room (same price as the first) was so small that the door swinging in almost hit the corner of the first bed and the two beds were about 12 inches apart. It was way to small for two people. Should have been a single room.

Unfortunately the springs had closed because of COVID-18. The hotel staff were very friendly and we had a lovely suite. They also refunded a non-refundable night stay, because we had to leave earlier.

Loved our little Hut away from the Main part of the Hotel, had a beautiful view of Gardens and surrounding mountains. Was also so peaceful and quiet, just what we were after. Staff were very welcoming and lovely and also let us check in early. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful property, perfect for a night away. The Garden rooms are private, good size and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful. Very clean and tidy.
